These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
